My daughter is 4.5 yo, she is a bit taller than average, we bought size 5-6 yo and it’s great on her now and hopefully will still fit next winter. It’s really warm, so, keep that in mind. Our winters are mild and sometimes she gets sweaty wearing this on the playground at school, but it would pe perfect for somewhere like New York, I imagine. It’s cute, nice, warm, good quality, soft. The only thing is sometimes I have hard time getting rid of spots that would not be a problem on other types of fabric. Other than that, it’s a very good winter coat.

It’s warm and cozy yet no too heavy. My 2nd grader is comfortable putting backpack over this and wearing it to school without the overwhelming weight that fines with coats that offer great warmth. She loves it!

This coat was perfect for my 18mo old. It’s big enough that she can continue to grow, but not large enough to be uncomfortable or look funny. Her arms fit perfect and the length is perfect as I didn’t want a short coat. The hood and ‘fur’ also fit her head and are soft and fluffy.

So I washed this jacked and was very afraid it will be messed up. However i was pleasantly surprised it held up excellent. I washed in cold water and at first I put it on low heat in the drier it took forever so I decided I’m burning too much energy so I switched to regular hear and it worked. I’m so happy
