Information about our delivery times
Orders within USA and CA are usually delivered in 5-10 working days.
Many of our products can be delivered immediately. The goods are shipped from stock, with a processing time of approx. 5-10 working days.
The deadline for delivery begins with payment "in advance" on the day after the transfer is made.
For all other payment methods, we will receive a payment confirmation immediately after placing the order.
If the first or last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the next working day will take the place of such a day.
If your order cannot be processed immediately, you will receive a separate email from us about your delivery status.
If your order contains several articles for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
We have to order some products or special items / custom-made products directly from the manufacturer.
The delivery time depends on the respective manufacturer and their production conditions.
After we have received an estimated delivery date, we will inform you of this immediately by email.
You will be notified of the progress of your order by email.
We offer you free delivery via PostPac Priority for orders of $ 150 or more.

After 1 month of ownership on Kia Soul:Pros: Automatically starts and stops recording as expected.Suction windshield mount holding properly.App works well.Cons: Hiding the power cable can be challenging, not the camera fault but to be noted.Copying long trip videos is only prectical by removing the memory card and copying from a computer. App can be used to copy video but it is slow.GPS seems slow to register if it is lost.

Best customer service with an awesome product
I bought my dashcam back in 2021 and has been working perfect since then. I had a issue a few days ago and my suction mount broke, so i was stressing whether i have to buy a new dashcam or the mounting part can be replaced. Upon contacting the Rove team, they not only gave the best customer service but sent out the broken park next day and i successfully installed it back up. Happy and satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend to everyone who’s in the market for some dash cams or anything ROVE as a company offers.

Unbelievable quality at this price point!
This camera is so well designed and thought out, it should be a lot more money!The menu system is so flexible in what you can do, from image quality, to parking mode sensor sensitivity, record 1 fps in parking mode, turn off audio capture, heck you can even turn off the start up chime. This thins is awesome! I got the hardware kit for it too, so I can have parking protection, and the instructions and what is included is just amazing. I can not believe how great this thing is…all in, camera 256k card, and hardwire kit for under $200! I’m thinking of getting another one to use just for the rear view. Really, it is phenominal!

Getting better
Bought last year had lots issues with iPhone and updates but as of now it’s a lot better .Besides trying to download a video from the app to phone it’ll get to 70% than stop and so on , so far have to still remove SD card and save on computer directly . Other than that it’s worth the money 💰

Very rarely do you find a company that actually cares about their customers. Rove actually does. I had issues with my install and they were able to resolve same day. The fact they responded and got me up and running speaks volumes. Rove customer for life!
